It may be a little late to be doing these shout outs as we are already deep into May. I could claim that it is because I needed the music to soak in before calling out my favorites. In reality, with post-SXSW catch-up, two bank holidays in April and my big birthday (3-0), personal things became a priority and all of my music consumption reverted to guilty pleasures from back in the day and soft rock radio in the am. Nonetheless I had my ear to the scene to some degree and have caught up on the albums worthy of a listen. I hope you enjoy these as much as I do.
